📸 Preparing your listing for a Photoshoot

To make sure your listing shines, here’s a simple checklist to help your property look its absolute best. Clean, bright, and clutter-free spaces photograph beautifully, and small details can make a big difference.

• Replace burned-out light bulbs (keep all bulbs in a room the same type).
• Declutter rooms,  remove extra furniture, knick-knacks, and personal items.
• Clean floors, surfaces, and windows until they sparkle.
• Hide trash bins, cords, remotes, and pet items.
• Open blinds and curtains to let in natural light.
• Turn off ceiling fans

• Move cars, RVs, boats, and trash bins out of sight.
• Put away garden tools, hoses, toys, and pet items.
• Mow lawn, rake leaves, trim plants, and remove weeds.
• Sweep driveways, sidewalks, patios, and decks.
• Arrange outdoor furniture neatly; remove clutter and pool toys.
• If you have a pool/spa, skim it clean and turn on lights or water features.

• Clear countertops — put away small appliances and paper goods.
• Remove fridge magnets, photos, and papers.
• Wipe down all appliances, counters, and sinks.
• Put away dish towels, sponges, and trash bins.

• Store away clothes, shoes, and personal items.
• Clear nightstands of books, clocks, and photos.
• Keep walls free of posters and excess décor.

• Clear countertops of toiletries, products, and tissue boxes.
• Remove shower items (shampoo, razors, toys, etc.).
• Fold and hang fresh towels neatly.
• Close toilet lids and hide brushes/plungers.
• Clean mirrors, glass, and sinks until spotless.
